This system comes with simple set up instructions that are worthless when it comes to trouble shooting. Tech support was unaudible in connection and english was undisypherable. I was able to get that they could fix the problem for $9.95! and that that was “highly recomended”.What a SCHEME! Dont waste your time with the non responding online support either unless you have several weeks. They claim “award winning tech support” Must be an in-house award they gave themselves.This one is going back.

Tried for 6 hours to get this router to run. Was a refurb from Linksys. You would figure they could have tested it out. Never got it to connect to my Comcast Modem. Top “internet planet light” would light up and then after a second just do a rapid flash….could never get an IP from Comcast DHCP. Piece of Junk…to bad I did not read the reviews first.

$20 cheaper than Best Buy, plus no shipping and no sales tax. Shipped quickly. It was the product recommended by the guy who works on our computer. Easy to install and works great so far.

Purchased a LINKSYS WRT120N router after the six-month-old Belkin died (and am I glad that it did). The LINKSYS installation was an absolute dream…load up the CD-ROM and just follow the prompts from screen to screen. Main system was up and running in fifteen minutes, no glitches; and the laptops were up and running in about a minute. The Belkin was supposed to deliver N-speed, but I now understand it’s really a G. Response time on mainframe and laptops with the LINKSYS are almost explosive and I’m not only impressed, but delighted as well. Since it’s a new system, reliability can’t be five-star, but will update if anything negative happens in that regard.
